Flower Company of Racine

"Amazing Last-Minute Service! I needed a beautiful flower arrangement last minute today, and Flower Co of Racine came to the rescue! They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, even though it was almost closing time. The arrangement the gentleman put together was absolutely adorable and perfect for the occasion. Plus, the price was very reasonable. This local flower shop is clean, inviting, and staffed with friendly people. I highly recommend stopping by to support this wonderful business. I'll definitely be back!"

Flowers were ordered through a 3rd party company and delivered by Racine flower company. They were wilted and brown. When I contacted the number on the card it connected me directly to Racine flower company. The staff are extremely rude and unhelpful even cussing on the phone. They demanded photos of which I sent and I was told these brown wilted flowers were top quality and that I could not differentiate between nice white fresh flowers and wilted brown flowers because I'm not a master florist. Anyone that isn't blind can see these flowers look terrible. I will never order from Racine flower company again. I went to Aiello's in Kenosha 15 minutes prior to our event starting and they were able to put 3 beautiful bouquets of pure white fresh flowers together for us.

Unfortunately with all the great reviews I’m not a customer that experienced that. My son ordered a beautiful flower arrangement in a sleigh to surprise me for Christmas. He lives in Georgia. I received the Christmas Sleigh gift with a ton of greenery and 6 flowers. It looks nothing like what was advertised for the amount of money he paid. They did refund him for the money but then called a day later and said someone was coming to pick up the unsatisfactory product? Okay I thought this to be rather odd plus not one person said they were sorry I was disappointed. They came and picked up the product and once again know one said we’re sorry or how can we make this right? Very disappointed. I was contacted by the owners on 12/27/23. They were apologetic and explained what happened with my order. I am extremely pleased they cared enough to reach out and to also deliver a beautiful Apology Bouquet. I will definitely be trying them again for future orders. Small businesses that care for their customers deserve a second chance! Thank you!!

I will definitely be returning!!! The staff was super sweet! My son had forgotten to get a corsage for his homecoming date. 3 days before I called and was told it was NO problem. When I picked up the flowers I was MORE than impressed! The corsage was HUGE and gorgeous! The attention to detail (adding gold glitter to match his dates accessories) was impeccable! Thank you to Cole & the wonderful lady that actually made the items!

Shea Leech did a beautiful job on my father’s funeral. She was kind , compassionate, considerate and very professional. She sent pictures prior to the funeral for our approval. Her flowers were a lovely tribute to my father. Thank you Shea.
